Nokia’s N-Gage may not be setting the market alight, but it’s guaranteed at least one good game in the coming months.

Hudson’s classic Bomberman will appear on the phone-cum-console some time this spring, and will use Bluetooth wireless technology to enable two-player matches.

This is undoubtedly good news for the N-Gage as Bomberman is a great title, but our biggest concern is that Hudson is taking one of the best multiplayer games of all times and halving the amount of people who can play simultaneously. Bomberman has always been at its best when four or more players are frantically blowing each other up, so we’re not too sure how to greet this latest version; maybe ‘one good game’ is a little pre-emptive…
