Rainbow Six: Vegas 2 clears the two million mark

After barely a few weeks on sale Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six: Vegas 2 has sold more than two million copies, sending developer and publisher Ubisoft’s revenue expectations up by around €45 million. Ubisoft’s fiscal year ends today, and they are expecting to clear about €210 million sales revenue for Q4. Nice work if you can get it.

Meanwhile, after its first week on sale, Vegas 2 also became the fourth fastest-selling Xbox 360 game ever in the UK, following Halo 3, Call of Duty 4 and Assassin’s Creed respectively, whilst slotting in ahead of Gears of War.
