I used to be into them in a BIG way when i was younder, 15-16. I played them when they first starting taking off and it was great i thought. Also had many good saturday days paying them in Belfast. Entered into a All Ireland Competition and came 2nd! My bro came 3rd!
So i stopped playing them because when they got popular the dirtbags hiked the prices up and up and it was just a money making scheme with diluted down cards.
Has anyone played it or still plays it?

Yeah.. my cousin plays Yu-Gi-Oh now. He enters weekly tournaments and his first in his state out of almost a thousand. The prizes he wins are legendary cards which he sells on ebay for about $80 a card. Good business, he'll end up being the rich one. Lol. I will never forget the days playing Pokemon TCG! :P

What series did u stop on Skittles?. I forget which one i stopped on, but it was after ice age, about 3 sets after, i felt it got too watered down.
I still have my collection of cards, sell them later in life when they are worth loads. I have original Arabian Knights, alpha and Beta cards
