Letters column

I think it'd be a great idea to have a bi-monthly letters column. We can just answer random questions and such. It'd give the site more of a "community" feel. What all of you think?

Sounds pretty fat, I'm all for it. The question is though, how many emails does the site get that are worth answering?

Probably not too much, but if we had a column more people would write.

Well, hopefully some are capable of producing fairly literate e-mails, and people with the right usage of English would probably get first dibs on getting their e-mail answered.

Anyway, I'll sign it, because it is a wonderful idea, I think.

Magasines do letters sections, but they're not updated every day...

You never know man, it could be a walkthrough question, or anything like that. Would it be easy to get something like that up and running to test it for a few weeks,

I mean I got an email today asking about GTA Vice City PC minimum specs, but that isn't exactly exciting or worth putting in a letters column...

How about something like - best screenshot or something?

well i think we should have a cheat forum.

so that people who have the latest cheats can post them or if people need any help with older games (dizzy for the mega drive is well hard!)

walkthroughs could be posted in a seperate forum too.

Yeah i like those ideas. The caption competition is a good idea, although i havvent though of anything outstanding yet. Walkthrough's are very very very hard to write, they are just sooo time consuming man. I normally play a game until i unlock everything. So volenteers might put up the games they have beaten and questions could be put to them, instead of a whole walkthrough,

yeah but with the vast majority of members coming from gamefaqs i thought they could post their FAQs to help out others.

i have a Championship Manager 2002/03 faq on gamefaqs that i would post here.

the topics could be left open for help too.
