I hav ben an reader of this site on and off for about 2 years now.

Your reviews are most always trustworthy but i haves ome issues lately.

Matt Wadleegh to be exact. His his bias and unfunny jokes are very very bad. I am tired of his bashing of nintendoo with news about new console comming out. for a few examples, his new news story about the revolution. I care about how revolutionary this sistem will be. The games will be awesome and the new controller is awesome. His stupid comments make no since, nintendo is the biggest game company ever and it always will be. I get so angry reading his stories calling nintendo "lame", only little kids use that word anyway.

You also talk about how awesome the xbox360 is, but then you aslo make fun of it, you make no since. I dont even read your reviews anymore, you just make unfunny comments, start talking about the games and make alot of errors. I wish you would amek better news storys like James Frazer does about awesome soccer games. Soceer is awesome.

in a conclusion. Matt you should stop bashing on things just to sound cool you are not. I will stop reading if you keep doing these bad thigns to this site. It used to be so awesome.

Im going to go play halo2 on live now, bye.

My news story on the Revolution was entirely satirical. I'm sorry to have made you upset. I for one will probably buy a Revolution because I know that owning every console is the only way to experience all the good games. I have been a long-time Nintendo player. I have owned just about every major Nintendo console. Recently, I've been trying to spice up the news articles on this site with more humor and personal reflection and perhaps I should have included some sort of disclaimer. However, I have "insulted" the PS2 and the Xbox 360 in recent stories as well, so it isn't all Nintendo bashing, though I may have taken it too far.

But you can't deny that Nintendo has been a little too tight lipped about the Revolution. While Sony is touting specs and technical jargon and Microsoft is sending off its next-gen systems to stores around the country, Nintendo is just sitting there, not saying anything, which hasn't done them any good over the last few years. Hype sells consoles, and Nintendo is not doing anything good to hype the release of the Revolution. The reason the N64 sold so well even though it didn't really have that many games initially was because Nintendo went to great lengths to show off a list of developers and promises of the best graphics and fastest load-times around. I just don't feel like I'm getting any special promises out of Nintendo besides a controller that looks awkward and some silly download feature.

But, Nintendo has surprised us. The DS was abysmal at launch, but its latest releases have trumped the PSP over and over again. So, I guess I should have more faith in them. I hope you continue visiting our site and realize that I was only poking fun.

Thanks,

Matt Wadleigh

I think it's more down to frustration with Nintendo that actually making fun of it; they just don't seem to want to send us review copies (the one title we ever got was Neighbours from hell), they never seem to want to listen to what the fans exactly want and seem to belive that churning out the same regurgitated crap (ie, mario) will sell consoles.

the odd Mario adventure is fine, infact brilliant, as are the new and ever improved copies of Mario Kart, but Mario tennis? golf? soccer? BASEBALL?

we certainly don't want to come across as piss takers, but when a company remains so tight lipped and refuses to help the situation, there's not much more we can do other than state the obvious; Nintendo don't really have a clue.

mostly, thanks for the feedback; if everyone kept patting us on the back then the site would never improve, needless to say as much as we try and avoid critisicm, being constructive and hearing straight from the horses mouth (ie, you, the readers) can only help Thunderbolt 8) :D

I did not like the bad comments about nintendo really.

I know when they realease stuff on the revolution it was be so awesome, you just have to wait. They dont need to hype, they are nintendo. The mario party games is so greet. Isnt it really cool when you get to just buy a star at the store thing? LOL, I have one sooooo many times because of that. My favorete guy is Wario. He is mean and funny and stuff. Awesome game it is.

Mario games are so awesome. I want another pokemon snap game too, that would be soo awesome.
