We added a style to the old forums to make them fit in visually with the new site. Unfortunately, it hadn't been coded correctly and this caused several problems.
We backed up the database, then deleted the one on the server and the forum files. We then installed this brand new forum and then restored the database. It took longer than expected, but now we have a clean forum that won't let us down.
I hope you don't mind if it stays this colour to avoid this happening again!
