Why do we go to trade shows? To meet developers? To get the inside scoop on brand new games?
Hell no!
Swag is where it's at. Delicious, cheap, frivolous swag. Whether it's a pen with the EA logo on it or a trading card featuring Solid Snake, we all go nuts for free crap. And why not? It's branded with video game memorabilia, catering directly to our culture. Oh, and it's free. And who doesn't need a new t-shirt? Here's some of the random junk we managed to get our grubby hands on during our first outing to PAX'08.
My friend Niki tries out a hat from TNGames and the free shirt we got from PMS Clan after they kicked our asses at Quake 4.
Niki and Skye rock the fingerless gloves that Nico Bellic apparently lost. Weapons of Matt Destruction? No idea what it is, but they have awesome taste in gloves. Also note the Castle Crashers shirts.
Skye put a shirt on backwards.
Nothing says "approachable" like a shirt with MORE KILLS on it!
These come with beta keys, and they're actually really snazzy. It was I who bagged the greatest piece of memorabilia, however:
This is staying on my shelf forever!

A bit bias, but your friend Niki is rockin' the TN Games beanie. Thanks for stopping by our booth.
