Xbox price cut soon in US

Microsoft is soon to take an axe to the cost of Xbox in the US, according to recent reports.

Rumour about the further price drop for the console has apparently stemmed from retail sources in the States. It’s being suggested that Microsoft will slash the cost of its machine from $180 to $150, the axe to fall in April.

Hopefully, the UK will be next.

Current speculation has Microsoft actually making an official announcement about a new US price point for Xbox at this year’s Game Developers Conference in March in California, where it’s also believed that it will unveil Xbox 2 for the very first time.

Yep, next month could be a big, big one in the world of Xbox.
