ìEntertainment Ratings & Labeling Awareness Monthî

It seems like almost everything is getting in its own month nowadays. In an effort to educate parents and employees about ratings in movies, music, and videogames, five American trade associations came up with ìEntertainment Ratings & Labeling Awareness Month,î which takes effect in June.

The program will help establishments enforce restrictions on minors, much to the chagrin of kids everywhere. Ratings are a nuisance to most kids, but many parents swear by it. Due to this ìmonth,î kiddies may have to try harder to score M-rated games and watch Troy in theaters.
